Twitter Linkedin Website Davide Benvegnù is the Founder as well as the Director and CTO of DBTek.

Previously a DevOps Architect at Microsoft and GitHub, where he worked with the companies' biggest and most important clients across APAC, he also was the International Development Manager for Aruba.it, the biggest italian web services provider.

With more than 20 years of experience in software development and IT, and haveing run multiple other Software Houses in the past, he is currently responsible for the management of DevOps, software development and all other company technical activities, he works with Azure and acts as a consultant in the field of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

He has been awarded in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2022, and 2023 with the Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional), a title given by Microsoft to "exceptional community leaders who actively share their high-quality, real-world deep technical expertise with the community and with Microsoft" (click here to see his MVP profile)

In the past, in addition to software development, has also managed and coordinated the systems administration and dealt with virtualization and consolidation of entire Data Centers.

He is the founder of HKMSC, the Hong Kong Microsoft Community, a member of the staff of DotNetToscana, an official Microsoft Technical Community, where he helps to organize events and does some speeches to technical conferences about .Net and Microsoft technology stack. He is also a member of GetLatestVersion, the Italian community about ALM. Indeed, he has held several sessions and talks to events of national relevance, such as Community Days, SMAU, Festival ICT and many others.

He has several IT-related certifications (issued by VMware, Veeam, Microsoft and others), he always keeps himself up-to-date in technology fields and tries to transfer his knowledges and passions during talks and courses he participates in as trainer.
